Same end result — just built across X weeks (so it’s less intense and lets me fit other work in-between). You pay a smaller upfront amount, then a smaller completion amount, then a temporary top-up on the monthly for 12 months.

After the 12 months, your payment drops back to the normal monthly plan.

Option 1 Balanced

Deposit: £1,900 + VAT

On completion: £1,900 + VAT

Extra (12 months): + £100 + VAT / month

A good middle ground — easier upfront, and the smallest temporary monthly top-up.

Option 2 Lower deposit

Deposit: £1,600 + VAT

On completion: £1,600 + VAT

After 12 months, the extra top-up stops and you continue on the normal monthly plan.
