Building a Smarter Caravan Park Website: Direct Bookings, AI SEO & Full CRM Control

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working on a new project specifically designed for caravan parks and holiday sites that want more control over their bookings, marketing, and customer relationships.
The project brings together three key areas that are often handled separately — and expensively:
1. A Modern, High-Performing Website
A fast, mobile-friendly website designed to convert visitors into direct bookings, showcase pitches and facilities, and rank well in Google.
2. AI-Assisted SEO Blogs
Built-in blog tools that help caravan parks regularly publish SEO-optimised content without the usual time or cost involved. This helps attract more organic traffic and reduces dependency on paid platforms.
3. A Full Booking System & CRM
An integrated booking engine and CRM system that allows parks to:
Take direct bookings
Manage availability and capacity
Store guest details
Track enquiries and repeat customers
Reduce commission fees paid to third-party platforms like Booking.com and Pitchup
For many parks, booking platforms are useful — but the high ongoing charges and lack of control can seriously eat into profits. This system is designed to put that control back where it belongs: with the park owner.
